@Brooke Williamson have your PMC start eviction process on tenant to motivate them to put pressure on their caseworker.Caseworkers typically will respond to tenants before PMCs/owners.Without the threat of eviction though, the tenant may not try very hard to contact their caseworker.

However, I also spoke with First Bank (located in Williamson Co...incidentally the same county as Franklin) and they are willing to do an equity line for me on the LTR.
