With standardization and commoditization, we realize Costco is not Walmart. 

However, years of financial struggles and competition from major players like Walmart, Target, and Amazon contributed to its decline.Following the closure of the Hamptons location, Kmart will have just one downsized store in Miami, Florida.

People would fake a slip and fall in a Walmart, but they likely aren't going to do that in an antique shop. 

Or maybe I'm way off base and the modern day Einsteins of Marco/Alex, and Tai were going to defeat low-cost on-line shops like Amazon/Wal-Mart and TEMU.

Do you think Whole Foods, Walmart, or Target decides on a location because someone in management thinks this is a good location?

I always see people open carrying in Walmart all bent over grabbing something and I could just walk right up and snatch it.

They have millions of slaves and indentured servants who make our I-phone 16's, and almost everything Americans buy at Wal-Mart and Costco, but still their stocks can't catch a sustained BID. 

Typically a holding company is used for large companies like walmart - who has a shipping/transportation company, a real estate arm, the arm that sells the products etc. 

Sometimes people are really old like in their 80's in age or older and want to own Wal-mart with long term lease and not worry about anything.
