You can hump Ben's leg, thr IM,f, the central banks.

Two giant humps have grown up in the floors from the water damage.Some parts of the subfloor are at 55%+ water saturation.

(Large hump in middle of room plus cracking along drywall), mine has a large basement(cant count as living space due to no egress) old kitchen cabinets, old furnace, old windows(condensation in between panes).

I cannot get over the hump with that, more time, more work and more costs for me and I can't convince myself that the juice is worth the squeeze.

Bank (USB) gave me similar information; but I was told that USB wouldn't be able to finance the loan on the property without my putting 20% down. 

I don’t  know you but in my experience those people have a fear or doubt in their own abilities and want to know if this will get them over that hump to reap benefits they’re looking for. example: I know plenty of people who swear by drinking apple cider vinegar every morning and the benefits - but that isn’t for me and that’s fine.

A programmable thermostat, receptacles that have USB ports; there are lots of things that improve your property, don't cost a lot of cash & are kind of nice to have. 

also there are smart lock where you can use usb charger in case the battery is dead.

The blue USB stick we give if someone is coming to the 3 day is a list of few hundred houses that are either pre foreclosures, probates etc.

I think once you are over the remodeling hump, take a pause, enjoy some "free time" and less stress, and then decide a few months after that if you want to sell.
