Seems odd I cannot get a response this time, I even called there number and it goes to a woman's voicemail?

I’m a 50-year-old single woman renting my home and caring for my 2 elderly parents.

1 year lease for an apartment to a single woman with a dog in Duluth, GA. 

Woman #1 was the mother of his two children, though they split five years ago (but during covid she and the two kids were living with him and woman #2...).

Second does the woman want to stay? 

Yesterday, a woman commented on a couple of my responses as "Scammer" and disliked my posts.  

The woman who answered said that department does not handle anything like this , she told me to call my local FBI office and report that I was swindled out of $5K from Radd Reit.

I read about a woman who bought a foreclosure for $50,000 cash in Florida, then she immediately found out it had $150,000 in liens.

The idea that they pay the tenant for 'rent assistance' and remove our ability to evict means the tenant has no incentive to ever pay us.I'm dealing with a woman who has refused to pay rent for months and has shut down all communications.
