Any recommendations on the most efficient way to track your time when classified as a real estate professional?

Hello everyone,I’m an experienced real estate developer and builder with over 35 years in high-end construction and property development across Canada and Mexico.

I don't know about you but I am constantly on the hunt for consistency, consistency of income, of deals, of productivity, in my relationships...so that's my focus in all things not just real estate.So my vision to your question is a a state of total consistency of income and deals.I'm focused on the basics, which to drive me is even more specifically "making offers."  

I'm a local youth pastor in MN and I'm looking into getting started in real estate so that I can provide extra income for my growing family.

I see far too many people spending all there time chasing property that they cannot buy because of lack of funds. spend that time making money first and then go after real estate. 

One thing I’ve realized about real estate is that it’s less about “knowing everything” and more about figuring things out as you go.

I have a very good friend who has been pushing me to get into Real Estate inventing for years.

Orlando has a very active real estate investing community with many meetups for different niches.

I grew up in Bucks County and started my career in Real Estate in Doylestown.
