Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

They will start printing cash in the 4th quarter.  

My coach suggested (and I implemented) a "must do tracker"....it's a color coded spreadsheet (I like to print multiple copies and keep them on a clipboard to stay in my sight/top of mind). 

Changing the insides of the cushions may not change much, but at least it's clear in print and clear to anyone who cares (and know even a little but about upholstery) that you made an effort.

In fact, most just print new shares to get billions to invest when stock price is high and buy the shares back when price is low.

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

RealEstateIRA's, there was no fine print.

If Inflation goes up to say 8 to 10% at the end of 2025 and stays up for an extended period due to Feds printing cash, you will lose cash value if your rent escalators don't follow it. 

My software provides me with that data so all I do is print it out and give it to may tax accountant.
