I'm curious as to what your occupancy rate is + margins are in areas that aren't the immediate central area(Think Pearl) or La Cantera area. 

Also, there are areas near the  Pearl River that have flooded, so look into that. 

Most everyone in a 30 mile radius worked for the Big 3 or a top tier supplier (Continental, Uniroyal, Borg Warner, Webasto, Lear, etc).

Then I saw a listing for a home in a community clustered around a tiny lake that rested between the granite peaked Thorodin Mountain to its East and the Continental Divide to its West.
