Remember when everyone was using MySpace ?

The way I made the numbers work is something you might consider a "lopsided" house hack where my space is a very modest 1 bed apartment/mother-in-law while the rental portion of the house is a 3/2.

I am on verge of firing one broker who has parked three of my spaces in South Jersey with hardly any showings.Being as we want to get our property in front of people who already own businesses, we are looking to buy a list of local operators in our area.

@Ken Bradley I owned a commercial building in a rural town and the post office considered renting one of my spaces.

@Caleb Heimsoth, I know me, and I know I couldn't rent out rooms (I just like my space).

I'm trying my best to be reasonable and still get a fair price for my space.

I am on several other sites as well as facebook and myspace with hundreds of friends and i don't spend half the amount of time i spend on this site.
