I'm starting to hear more chatter about this mysterious "wave of foreclosures" that was a frequent claim/projection back in 2021, which didn't happen then, and by all indications is not going to happen now.

EXAMPLE: a local HC has a single comcast email address for their entire office - mysteriously, they seem to be always losing emails and asking us to resend multiple times.The good news is they finally increased their max rental amounts a few years ago, so they are now more competitive. 

I had a call this morning from a Homicide detective as suspected murder was holed up in one of our houses..

We're not curing cancer; it's just buying real estate, doing some basic math, buying some furniture and kitchen utensils, maybe getting creative with some amenities, and listing properties on STR platforms...it's daunting when you're new, certainly a grind to get started, but it's not a mystery or puzzle to solve.

The properties in the once known "murder capital" of the country, East Palo Alto, are worth millions now.

What mystery of the universe is uncovered here?

:@James WiseThe city is right on her public Facebook..not that it's a huge mystery where foreigners with plenty of money would feel most comfortable in Portugal, or where she can find US-accredited schools for her children, the most comfortable hospitals that accept the private supplementary health insurance she talks about on her blog...but that's the nature of a SLAPP lawsuit.

A principal (who is not well versed in contract law) in a transaction can draft their own contract form just like someone accused of murder can represent themselves...and both would be making a grave mistake.
