Where I build, getting materials at a "Builder" price along with fairly cheap labor costs makes me think that unless the pre-fab manufacturer is down the street, the cost would be substantially higher...Now in "other" locations around the country this modality of construction could be cheaper.

Yes; this is all done in the best of intentions but has caused great imbalance in my own life as you are continuously told through many modalities to follow your passion or to find your WHY (just as long as this is not wealth creation).

There are no educational platforms with embedded spheres of influence, tools to find deals, and recurring training opportunities with vary modalities to increase the effectiveness of the training.
