I think alleging fake it to you make it just hugely rampant in the MF syndication space..

The insurer claimed the Complaint alleged matters which were excluded from coverage and therefore liability was denied.

I feel it's important to get that information into the investor complaint to give whoever reviews the allegations a 30,000 foot view of the variety of warning signals on full display by this outfit. 

I've even been discouraged while joining grant funded programs allegedly for "low income" buyers. 

Allegedly they were scammed by a fake landlord posing as property owner. 

Allegedly there is video evidence of the palisades fire starting due to a power line issue but the person who shot the video I guess will not release it to media.

And "rubs elbows" with Grant Cardone... he better be careful doing that... my understanding is that GC may be under investigation and is dealing with a class action lawsuit from (allegedly) ripping off his investors? 

I don't want to cast stones unnecessarily though and am not alleging wrongdoing but I would very much like more of an explanation.
