Hey BiggerPockets--I'm looking to start buying properties to pursue short term rentals in Northwest Puerto Rico, concentrating in Aguadilla, Isabela, and perhaps Rincon. 

Isabela is correct, rather than jumping from one real estate marketing platform to another, make sure you're rental is accurately priced, professional photos are displayed appropriately, and the description is thorough and informative.

Areas outside the metropolitan area that could be of interest are (in the west): Cabo Rojo, Boquerón, Aguadilla, Guanica, Isabela and Vega Baja.

I currently have one Airbnb in the town of Isabela (near one of the popular beaches) and  have had great success  even though my listing is in an area also saturated with other listings and I hope to grow my portfolio in the months to come. 

Hello BP members,Trying to get some advice on a vacation property for the Isabela, Puerto Rico area that is being offered to me at appraissal value.

Just beginning on year 2 of being in the real estate game, myself and @Isabela Faria bought and operate 3 homes in Fort Lauderdale and are looking to add another 5-10 to our portfolio in year 2 (no arbitrage).
