I'm on Instagram and literally everyone is a real estate or investing (usually stocks/index funds) expert.

They have never purchased a house themselves or flipped a property, but they look great on Instagram/Youtube and here in Bigger pockets, too.

As a new investor you cannot be a master, an expert of every investing strategy you’ve looked at through hours of YouTube videos, Instagram and TikTok nonsense.

I've come across agencies advertising on Facebook and Instagram that offer very cost-effective designs.

Just creating an Instagram page won’t do much unless you’ve got a solid strategy in place to market the property.

Please don't message through Airbnb as owners find it annoying as they get hit up by cleaners, instagramers and property management companies all the time this way and many of us mark it as spam which could kill your Airbnb account. 

Instagram especially is becoming a major marketing tool!
