They are not allowed to buy a home due to tax and immigration reasons, so the company gives them a set amount for rent each month along with paying for other expenses. 

Mine moved to the US as immigrants and started a business.

Education standards must be raised so that students actually use their heads for something besides hat racks (allowing them to actually earn a living) and have ready access to birth control (all types of) so that some mistake doesn’t derail one’s entire life.Slow down immigration, too.

In 2023, we made the decision to move to USA and chose NC for many reasons, Mooresville specifically, as my husband is a mechanic and doing classic auto restorations.The immigration process has been brutally long as I am still waiting for my visa to be able to officially immigrate and work.

I did some mobile home deals down there (4 total) and the change in immigration laws and the recurring storms has really dented the demand down there. 

Me and my wife spoke to an immigration lawyer yesterday, but the answer was pretty much "hire me first"Any guidance/advice would be greatly appreciated!

This is partially offset by high international immigration and births.
