I'm hoping to lock down my first investment property in CA before the new year, God willing!

Or they can try to find a locksmith (we only have two in this area) and pay $40 - $60 to get in.I realize this post was from 4 years ago, but my God - we can't get a locksmith into their truck for less than $200. 

Thanks to God I have a well paying job and plan to use that income for any issues that may arise like vacancy or maintenance expenses.

I should note that that I was using Baselane's banking service to collect deposit and rent, and had moved the funds immediately to my private bank after I collected (thank god!).

The realtor was god awful as well though, she made decisions on the clients behalf without their permission multiple times haha.

A man of god would do things with integrity, honestly and humility in the interest of all.

It has been God awful for so many people.
