Swap out your cheap sink faucet for a nice gooseneck. 

I bought a gooseneck 26' travel trailer from a guy for $1200. 

A gooseneck wand that fits on a garden hose and pressure washes them works wonders all from the ground.    2 and 3 story houses they may work,,,thinking oversize downspouts are a better fix and plug less.

My favorite method is to give them a sketch that has all of the work noted (i.e. replace kitchen counter top with labrador silver flake granite, under mount deep sink with Kohler Gooseneck K-72218-CP or approved equal, etc.).

I would still wear a respirator.When disposing of them, I thought you just need to double bag them in the thick contractor bags and gooseneck closed with duct tape?

Or a bad joint in in a gooseneck?

Lead was used in solder for copper, goosenecks where the service line connects to the main, packed joints between old cast iron pipes, and used in a lot of old faucets and water meters.
