Hey @Anthony HenriquezIt just so happens that the Hillcrest Neighborhood in Patterson is delimitated exactly as Census Tract 1801 in Passaic County, New Jersey, meaning it is rather easy to data for exactly this area.

@Derek Tyler Sometimes the easiest way to open an ASCII file is to open it in a text editor like Notepad, figure out how it's delimited (comma/tab etc), and then import the data from Excel (where you can specify how it's delimited) rather than just opening the file.

I've gotten my data from listsource.com, as well as my local county.I ask for the filter of owner address not equal to property address.It comes to me as a delimited file, which I import into Excel and manipulate from there.I remove the banks, and I remove the other investors I recognize.In my county of residence, that list would cost me 45.In a neighboring county, it cost 90, until I told them their neighbors only charged 45.In a county to the south of me, they wouldn't sell me the data.

I'm no expert but I suspect that your county, like mine (Thurston Co. in WA) provides its delinquent tax parcel information in a "comma delimited" format.

This sort of begs the question, if you don't know what a buyer vs a broker looks like and need/hope to delimit by your statement of "no tire-kickers" - how do you know what a Seller looks like?

Super easy and I can create a comma delimited XLS file I can sort (remove non vacation rental fuel) and set it along.I track all my mileage regardless of what it is for.
