In my limited understanding it seems like the aforementioned brick needs to be reattached.It is my belief that the damage to the lintels, bricks and the internal water damage is due to the roof.

If another veteran assumes the loan then their entitlement will replace the sellers, and the sellers entitlement can be restored to full.Great post!

You can often uncover major things with a little research before you view the property - Ages of appliances, HVAC system, foundation/cracks, plumbing leaks, small electrical things (bring an outlet tester), signs of previous leaks, termite damage etc.
