Here's a small tip for new investors that I was never told about real estate investing.I purchased two properties in 2024 and early this week I got a text from my tenant that they received mail for me at the rental.

My favorite way to find a mentor was to look on Zillow for houses for rent in your area and then click on the ones that are 'for rent by owner' then call them and introduce yourself as an investor in the area who is looking to meet new investors. 

Next, click on your name on the right side(“Sign Now”), then click and drag a signature box onto the contract where YOU will need to sign and it will automatically put your name in the signature box in print.

One more tip hit town homes and condo communities in the area.

I started using both at the same time and found AirBnb to be far more user friendly with less clicks/swipes needed for any task.
