The idea is simple: purchase a property, live in one part, and rent out the rest to offset your mortgage or even generate profit.

I have a listing coming up that is Zoned R-2 in Denver.

I've got a lot of problems with the Mayor, but this, I feel was a great move.

I personally am not investing at the moment. 

Starting in real estate is exciting but comes with its own set of challenges.
