Hello,I am gaining interest in the note buying business and just wondering has anyone here ever heard of Charter Financial by Leland von Syring.

There was a time I would take my GC and his main crew out for a day of fun when a job was done: charter fishing for an afternoon or bar hopping etc where I covered the bill.

Other than requesting corporate charter naming the individuals as authorized, anything else I need to look out for? 

Ofcourse it is possible but you may be chartering in areas where you may not want to keep a property for long...St.

I appreciate this we were just looking at 7a as an option for another business that isn't real estate for yacht charters in miami and I think we are going to get a collateralized loan more like real estate and not a 7a. ours is much smaller probably 250k but the paperwork and rate hikes etc I think make it worse so I really appreciate your response here.
