You could also try privacy mode on your browser or have a friend look it up on their device. 

@Anthony Simboli QuickBooks Online is monthly subscription and browser based so you can run it on either Windows or Mac.

It’s rare that I use the desktop/browser version but that does have a few more features than the app and may be useful when getting set up initially. 

It's likely your browser is just remembering the GA registration before you were Pro members :)

Have tried on multiple different computers, multiple different browsers, phone app.

I use the Edge browser for the reireply web app. 

I have tried every browser on 2 different operating systems... so I am sure its a glitch.Hope it will be back up and running soon.
