That might cause you unnecessary stress and lead to dropped balls for your clients. 

You should sit down with the tenant and talk this out, EYE BALL TO EYE BALL.  

I do see how the knowledge could likely save me the equivalent in mistakes but none of us have a crystal ball.

If someone isn’t willing to provide ID, they are not a serious applicant and possibly a scammer, so it’s a good screening tool to weed out the tire-kickers and sketch balls.

Seems like 21% or more as a ball park!

I don’t have a crystal ball either but we are definitely feeling a pick up in the market. 

Section 8 can be a profitable and reliable resource but it is 'their ball, their court' so know the rules first.

If my crystal ball is correct, we are going to see a lot of these sub2 deals hit the fan in the next 36 months.
