Is there a city that's better than both of these in Ohio?

Rent control obviously in the cities that have it.

Also what does the city say is the assessed value of the property on your taxes (it will be different than the appraised value, but should give you an idea).

Purchase price: $144,900 Cash invested: $13,000 This is a charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Bossier City, LA.

Apparently now those investments are less interesting to city hall.
