The Niagara Stealth advertises it's ultra-high efficiency @ 0.8gal/flush.I pay for the water in my rental units, so I was looking for something that's going to cut my costs on water, but also doesn't clog and need constant repairs.What do you guys think?

.), security cameras, track remote employees (they will steal the cash), cost to install pumps, license fees, hard equipment needed- registers, apps to run the register information, accounting, legal, cases for merchandise, shelves, door hardware, heater or HVAC depending on location...This is a tiny community there won't be a local plumber and electrician... add some cost for time to contact your team and travel will make any repairs more expensive.

It should look like the attached picYour Realtor should know this.I don't advise getting creative and try to buy a single family as a duplex unless its a steal. the value of a duplex and single are different.
