Legitimate videos would be fine too, it's just that I don't trust most of the videos on Youtube because the creators of those videos have something to gain through promising that their videos will immediately land deals (guru nonsense).Thank you

They were new in the sense one was a high school totally transformed into a condo with glass elevators, another a former aircraft factory converted into brand new condos.What were the problems?

There's far too many people on Youtube and IG saying how easy it is.

@Dan Crippen the Brew City is a great group on FB, another good place to look at Milwaukee Real Estate or learn about house hacking in particular is YouTube.

I have spent a lot of money letting contractors supply materials only to find out they mark them up 20+% because they went and got them - you should do that yourself - there's a lot of education to be had in procuring materials.Lots of good content on youtube about MH remodeling - check out Drews Mobile Home Repair channel. 

Look around my blog, youtube channel and (recently) tik tok for a bunch of good guidance (search for richonmoney).

Does anyone know a good resource (Youtube or other) to learn just enough to be able to have a more informed conversation with my contractors ?
