We figure out the ARV and back into our "strike price" but subtracting rehab costs, sales costs, a reserve for contingencies (unexpected items that pop up) and our profit margin...meaning we spend time thinking about our bids.

@Mark FranksIf reoccurring issue it’s very likely your door is incorrectly hung, knob bore is off, strike plate wrong... something along those lines.

I don’t “brag” about it but I think it’s important to speak your story/truth because success leaves clues and inspires.There are people who will brag about how much money they make or what they have, but you don’t strike me as such a person.

Make sure you test out a few of them to see who strikes the best balance of price and quality.

I have no objection to anyone striking the best deal possible for themselves.

Buy selling the call, u r giving the market the market the opportunity to buy your GLD shares from u at price defined by the strike price of the call....which will typically be higher than the going price.
