This past winter i signed a tenant for three months with options to extend monthly until spring summer.

Seller wouldn’t sign with contingency of a vacant unit.  

They need to sign something acknowledging that they are giving up their rights to inhabit the house in exchange for money.

I signed up for ProjectRE and it’s been a game changer for me!

A sign must be posted on the interior relating various information required by the city.

Reason being when I realtor does anything paperwork is signed by the owner and recorded in most states this is a law.

There are several apps that will report credit lines to your credit report without getting you into debt.One is called "Self": You sign up for $25 a month for 24 months, it reports to your credit as an installment loan... the kicker is that after the 24 months they give you back most of the money that you paid in.

Not sure how this would work since the new owner didn't sign the mortgage/note or make a personal guarantee. 

I like Columbus Ohio because I see it being one of the biggest metropolitan cities in the next 10-20 years, all signs are pointing here!
