Can I ask what rate you ultimately decided on and which of those 3 services was closest to that rate?

In our case, we are in a market with lots of young professionals and military (engineers, accountants, service members).

If any of the L-lines are close by and service nearby colleges, I think I'd be more likely to build out that 4th bedroom.

They have different tiers of service depending on how hands-on or hands-off you want.
