Heck, I have a brand new Kia that looks really nice and has neat features such as automatic folding side mirrors when I walk away from the car.

Which is look in the mirror and know that i haven't lied to all of the American people about what I would do for them.The sad part is that people will let him break all of his campaign promises.

That assumes the goals of each individual are mirror replicas.

There is a lengthy trot around Murphys barn on the method but no REAL explaination....Sounds like a lot of smoke and mirrors to pump you up to buy then you have to buy it to find whats in it......Anyone?

Here in Calif, all the Cap Rates cited above are smoke & mirrors. 

That track and mech looks similar to ones for inexpensive metal framed mirror doors I've installed.
