With the rise of the internet and the insane price of cable, I have been without live television for over a decade now, but it was recently brought to my attention that antenna TV still exists, and it's now digital and in HD.Bought a cheap indoor flat antenna just to play around with it.

Right now though, I don't see any other way of proceeding beyond endless internet research other than taking a flight to a targeted area, meet a few professionals, see some houses and move on from there.   

I've poked around the marketplace but I'd really appreciate a reference to an eastern Kentucky licensed realtor who is internet savy and has the experience to list 277 acres w/a house and barn w/heated conc flr about 10 min from Natural Bridge State Resort Park, Wolfe County, KY.

I just hate seeing people pay thousands for information that is available to them on the internet.

The only option it gives me is to share the link, which just takes me to a page exactly like it on the internet.

I doubt anyone from an Internet forum will open house their tax returns to you, and the thing is even if you find someone that will give you numbers... they aren't likely to have a year worth of numbers on such a property.
