@Lemuel Ayudtud this will sound a bit harsh, but your statement should really be re-evaluated, “I won’t work with anyone unless my mentor or Brandon recommends them”.

Sorry that probably sounds harsh, but victim mentality will get you nothing but bitterness.

I think It was because it lists these super low auction advertised strating prices which totally screws up the data.Unreliable might be too harsh... not accurate might be more realistic.

I would ask that if you are not providing relevant expertise, that you refrain from providing advice on a topic using a tone that sounds as if you have some authority.Sorry if this sounds harsh, it is not meant to be.  

My statements are always made with no emotional intent and will often come across as harsh to those more sensitive individuals. 

There are harsh penalties for owners, and managers, or management companies if they say no or treat the prospective tenant who is a voucher holder unfairly.
