But...just because the model works for him, doesn't mean it is what you should be compelled to do it.

You just have to have a compelling goal, a solid plan and a helluva lot of work ethic. 

In the US, perhaps this may be more “standard”, as an investor in the states, but it may be very compelling for those seeking to invest from Brazil, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Bahamas, Singapore, etc.

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.
