Canesha Edwards Where’s the Bubble?

Hi Canesha,It's not always a "Bubble", sometimes in some places things just stagnate as is, and in some places we see a falling off the cliff effect. It could be a bubble, but I think people still remember the last one (and what caused it), and we won't have a bubble again until Gen-Z gets a good piece of the (speculative) ownership.I'm (((guessing))) we will have a (price and volume) falling of the cliff effect (with no bubble)--for how long is unclear. Then there is always the interest rate thing that the government uses to accomplish their goals too.
