Technically the jargon wouldn't be "hiring", you are "having title work done" or "opening escrow" at a certain title company.The title agent/company is essential to make the process work smoothly and I would highly recommend you pick the title company and agent.

My advice for you would be to try self managing first; if time, energy or interest doesn't allow for that to run smoothly, THEN look for the right management company to partner with!
