Perhaps there is one, but until that can be provided as justification for their decision it doesn't seem proper for USPS to be playing 'detective' telling people they can't hang a mailbox when there is a physical address on record with the county.Has anyone run into this too?

That's more of what I was speaking to, not for him to go out and put it all together on the fly himself, but the honesty of it is some people do not have Cali or Florida Money, they don't have NY or Mass money but that's where they live, that doesn't mean you can't play the game.

.- The MTR strategy is great and you have the advantage of listing it with multiple different platforms.  3/2 will attract a certain type of of MTR client, one that travels with families most likley or displaced families, so your pool of applicants may be a little limited- If the long term play is appreciation, than breaking even sounds good.
