Aside from real estate being one of my passions, my goals in it are to help people accomplish their vision in the industry whether that be investing in their family's future or unlocking the door to their dream home.

My vision is to start with single family rentals (up to a 4 plex) and eventually scale into multi family apartments or commercial one day.

Listing says 12 apartments and 4 bathrooms that's really far from confirming to what people are expecting, that's more like a hostel setup.I'd recommend a clear vision for this property and a construction estimate from a contractor to use in your calculations.

They see more risk than reward so this is a pretty common reaction that you're facing.It took my wife about a year or 2 to really see the vision I have.

I just read The Wealthy Gardner which had a little bit of a different take on finance and thought process and planning your goals and your vision for the future.

Most retail buyers don't want to do these programs because they cant see the vision to get these loan types done. 

The thing I see play out well consistently is listening to people share their hopes, dreams, and visions and then trying to help them along the way in those.
