With the low process in my market, paying off debts completely will not be terribly difficult,  and momentum will build incredibly fast.

I'm trying to regain some momentum to continue on our Financial Independence path, so seeing this story was timely! 

It does take time to get the momentum built up but once the machine is rolling in an area I have received calls from folks that have held onto my contact information for quite literally years.

.- Also break down ur plan for the first year on what u are going to take action on to progress in ur education by learning on the job so to speak so that u can build momentum on ur overall plan.

Get the ball rolling and let the momentum of your drive keep it going, even through the inevitable bumps in the road.

Maybe when i have some momentum and profits i can afford renovations on my next one absolutely.

Its a tough time to get started with how competitive the market is currently, but bottom line is keep analyzing deals and getting comfortable submitting offers which at the very least will help you learn the markets/neighborhoods and build momentum/confidence.
