What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Typically a credit card balance does not need to be paid off to include the expense on the current year return. 

You guy made those changes and the premium went up more than double and you charge the customer credit card automatically.

How many bank/credit cards?

I only have about 2 grand in savings, 10 grand in stocks/roth Ira/401k, and credit score of 760.

@Michael Csrnko1) Make sure to use a pricing software like price labs or wheelhouse to have competitive pricing. 2) Don't always give refunds or credits to guests when they complain to get a 5 star review.

Go to your local bank/credit union and ask them for the same.

Invest back into the property to get a higher rate/occupancy, fight for just being the lowest price and cleanest rental in the area, or explore another exit strategy (sell, MTR, LTR, etc)
