What a great story - I think it's awesome that in the process of taking that first step towards investing in real estate, you created this whole local community of investors and used the infinite wisdom of BiggerPockets gurus (in the good sense of the word) to learn and take action.I bow down before your drive and enthusiasm :-)

Specifically, I am having trouble putting a number on my return from the rentals because I have $0 into either of them, so therefore my cash-on-cash return is infinite.

In your case, you essentially have infinite returns - a home run and textbook BRRRR (congrats!).

Hence “infinite banking”.  

I want a higher return but almost all syndicators I talked to offer around that much for accredited investors, whether it is apartments or mobile home parks, etc. but you share in the upside also, I am looking for infinite returns once I get all my invested capital out, that was the main selling point for me.  

The value of compounding capital of a 23 year old is pretty much infinite.

This is a personal card, but it's a Visa Infinite card, so if you have a good income, you can get a nice Credit line.

Regardless, we have always operated through LLC's for the asset protection and all but infinite flexibility.

One thing I have been infinitely impressed with is the feeling of belonging since joining the program.
