Some are incredible homes of old money auto execs that can be purchased for a steal... or intern literally broken into and all of your stuff stolen.  

There is definitely a lot of cool stuff up there.

Kathy Fettke will be talking about the states that are most up and coming, and lots of other out of state stuff.

We plan on considering the side work (GC and design stuff) to be taxable wage income but that is minimal compared to the profit we receive from flipping.

But there are quite a few investors here and there is a ton of stuff to try.

I bought it knowing it was a hoarder house,  but didn't realize how much stuff they can cram into a house.  

Think about the stuff a normal family would need to live there.

I do recommend a day to invite tenants back to empty fridges and get stuff before you secure the place.

OK, if 240 is just a hair under market value, I'm confused as to how this is a great investment, unless you are expecting some crazy appreciation or can rent it out for some obscene number.
