I hate to lose those inches in floor space, but you might consider just filling it in and making the wall flush, if you can't cut away the bottom part.And then, I think you should consider paying someone to stage the house for you.

One of the people living there told me they filled up a 5 gallon bucket of water at the neighbor’s house every day so they could flush the toilet at the end of the day…pretty disgusting was right.

Oh and don't forget the 3-fingered gloves.Serious answer though: the hand tools missing from your list are: cats paw nail pullers (framing nail and finish nail sizes), flat bars (big and small, I like to sharpen mine up), nail set, speed square, pliers, chisels, level, flush cut saw, and wrenches (crescent wrenches/adjustable wrench and socket set).
