I second the question on mobile-enabled or wifi connected machines.

This structure would enable you to have "checkbook control" over your IRA so you can write the checks yourself as LLC manager. 

You should work with your advisors to explore options that may enable you to proceed with development, without any of the foregoing adverse implications - assuming you determine that you would otherwise proceed to develop on your own.  

They have solid policies and procedures, built with decades of experience, that will enable them to prevent problems before they start or nip them in the bud quickly, reducing your exposure and losses. 

For example having income from my portfolio of dividend stocks enables me to qualify for mortgage loans without any W2 income at all, which is a nice way investing in stocks has contributed to my investment goals and helped me also invest in RE. 

So whenever the noise gets annoying, I just remind myself that the noise is what's enabling me to have my art studio, off street parking, and still put money in the kid's college fund every month.
