Your research hasn't REALLY begun yet!

I bought a 3/2 house for LTR and have just begun the task of gutting the kitchen and both bathrooms.

But ultimately, there is a lot missing here to even know if you have begun looking at this in a realistic way.  

Im in the process of launching two of my own STRs so I havent begun to shop yet but I just reached out to my rep to ask.

Hello All,A heads up, I'm new to BiggerPockets and have just begun my real estate journey (invested in 1 property as well as this current project with my dad and acquiring my real estate agent license). 3 months ago, while visiting my dad, we decided on the idea to turn his house into a B&B and to build a variety of short term rentals on his property, located on the island of Newfoundland, Canada. 

"active" investments, rather, I look for the maximal, safe return with the lowest downside/risk.Having done hard-money, landlording, and buying notes, I have begun the process of transitioning to 90% notes.

So much I've begun in investing in Valpo.

I’ve had an interest in RE for some time now but have only begun to learn more for about the last 12 months.

I have begun trying to step into the real estate world here in North Carolina.

I've begun learning about the NMLS exam as a start.
