Do you think credit unions or smaller local banks would be more aligned with what I’m looking for?

@Juan Vargas I agree that you would need to bring someone else to the table but with the smaller units, like a 16 unit property, most banks will loans on that with little experience from the sponsor so long as they align with an experienced property management company with a proven track record. 

We can feel the settlement issue while checking out the house, especially in one room, the windows and doors are not aligned, and the floor is most certainly tilted.

We tend to be content, and excel, when we're doing things that align with our innate ability.

I think we'll be aligned for the most part!

Hand in hand with that job goes changing your belief structure to align with public opinion polls.

Adrie Moses-bailey you need to align yourself with a mentor or a group of experience investors.

I still think an interview is good to get an idea of the type of properties they are more accustomed to working with,  get the fee structure, and align on what their expectations are along with what yours are. 

And then, make daily decisions that align with those items.
