@Juan Vargas I agree that you would need to bring someone else to the table but with the smaller units, like a 16 unit property, most banks will loans on that with little experience from the sponsor so long as they align with an experienced property management company with a proven track record.

We can feel the settlement issue while checking out the house, especially in one room, the windows and doors are not aligned, and the floor is most certainly tilted.
