With a fairly close proximity to Rittenhouse square in Point Breeze, and the proximity to universities and transportation in w. philly, they are great spots for BRRRR rentals. 

our city transportation department does studies of which areas have parking shortages and which don't (on-street) and overall inventory - might be good to see if you have anything of that sort you can look at. 

If you value the transparency of knowing every cost involved in the job, perhaps you're better suited working with another company that is willing to provide a breakdown of labor and material costs.Keep in mind that most contractors may mark up materials not as a way to put one over on you but rather as a way to cover the expense of their time invested in selecting, shopping, purchasing, transporting and delivering the materials in undamaged condition.

Then let’s say at 800% we cut back on roads and transportation.  

Passaic, Essex, Morris, Hudson, Union, and even Monmouth could be options as we have a great transportation system in NJ.
