The neighbor did nothing to stop it and the police wouldn't do anything unless the dog left the property and bit somebody.We accepted an offer from a person that happened to the see the property at a time when the dog was gone ... a few days later during inspections, the dog was home and barking like crazy the entire time.

I have found police reports among other things. 

Any other comments just don't get the police to respond. 

The police would not do anything because the one part of the incident the cameras did not record was the guy breaking the window glass.
