I've also been (pleasantly) surprised that there is a much bigger market beyond travel health care professionals for mid-term rentals.

While travel nurses and other healthcare professionals are a large part of the medium term market other tenant avatars include digital nomads, relocation families, displaced families, traveling professors, and there’s many more! 

It's nice to see someone else in health care making it happen.

The hospital will have someone responsible for filling vacant travel positions but they almost always outsource the actual contracting to a 3rd party company like Aya Healthcare.

Many of the health care professionals travel to the area for 3 month contracts and can provide an oppertunity to do well with MTR.

I am in health care and have looked in areas around mayo but unable to find property that cash flows.  

Think: affordable  off-grid log cabin with mountain and stream views in a quaint small town with close access (15-min) to great arts&culture, transportation, and healthcare.

Different areas may have varying degrees of support, but in Cape Coral specifically, this is a very large component of the local economyIn addition to that, with the older population, healthcare is also a huge necessity and a large economic driver in Cape Coral as well.
