What I mean is getting approval for such a plan.Different people are in Government and offices at different times.One council might love the idea and the others not so much.If you get approval you have to strike while the iron is hot.

You could reach out to the Virginia District Council's YLG (Young Leaders Group) leaders to ask about how active they are in Hampton Roads.

29 Palms City Council just voted no on an STR permit moratorium.

I found it’s very expensive to trade properties in the market, the property manager charges 13%+ and there’re thousands of council fees annually and the labour cost to maintain the property is huge.

The Agent Leadership Council will also be another good resource so that there should always be someone available to help you.

Is there anyone who can offer advice or perhaps a professional with more experience in my area who would be willing to help council me. i would very much appreciate it and be more then willing to do something to help return the favor.

The Baltimore City Council has also entertained some restrictive Airbnb measures as well but they seem to be tabled for now.I was referring to Fells Point, in Baltimore.

Also the San Diego city council had voted to limit them last year but it was retracted, not sure how regulations will be in the next few years if any?
