As a lawyer your time is worth a lot more than you will pay yourself for roofing :)And I sympathize, I won’t even tell you about the stolen copper...the staggeringly drunk guy working 60 feet upGet 3 bids, make sure you compare apples to apples (quality of shingles, gutters etc) and also think about speed.

They smoke inside the unit, they've stolen packages from other tenants, they have explosives (fireworks) left in the hallway, they have both hallways blocked with personal items, they are trying to blackmail us by withholding rent so that we extend their lease until 2022.

I pulled my credit reports from 2 of the bureaus last night.The one report showed my one card has being closed/lost/stolen and then a new card as being opened - It's the same account with the same credit card company.Should I report that to the credit bureau or is that normal business if the card is lost or stolen?
